Phoenix Care can provide Personal Assistants to support you, on an hourly basis, with tasks that you find difficult. We can support you to improve on your daily living skills: staff can assist you with cooking, following recipes, creating a visual recipe book and build the skills and confidence to cook independently; staff can help you build on your domestic skills – cleaning, laundry etc. We can be there every step of the way to ensure you reach your desired level of independence.
Phoenix Care can also provide Personal Assistants to support you with your social activities. Whether you need physical support or just lack the confidence to do it independently, Phoenix Care can assist you to have a vibrant social life. We will build a social calendar together, with desired outings and activities and ensure you can enjoy everything you have planned.
Before we can assist you, we will need to know a few things about you, which is why we will need to carry out our needs and risk assessments and create a support plan. We want you to be fully involved in this and give us as much information as possible about the support you think you would need from us, about your likes and dislikes or about your hobbies and interests. Once all this is complete, we will decide together how and when you will receive the support you need.
We want you to be happy with the support you’re receiving, which is why we will be in contact regularly and ask for feedback about our staff and our service.
